2024 Roxbury Inclusive Track and Field Club

Date: Monday evenings, from April 8th - June 3rd

Volunteer timeframe: 5:45pm-7:00pm

Volunteer Roles: Assisting with Track & Field practice and participating alongside athletes. Weekly attendance is preferred. Must be 18yo+

Dates: Friday, June 7th, Saturday, June 8th and Sunday, June 9th

Volunteer timeframes: 

Friday, June 7th - OVERNIGHT coverage at Boston University dorms - 7pm to 7am

Saturday, June 8th - at Harvard - 8:30 am to 4 pm

Saturday, June 8th - OVERNIGHT coverage at Boston University dorms - 7pm to 7am

Sunday, June 9th - at Harvard - 8:30 am to 3:30 pm

Locations: Harvard University and Boston University

Details on Medical Volunteer Role: Medical volunteers will help with any injury or medical related situations during the event at Harvard on Saturday and Sunday. Overnight coverage is needed for participants staying in Boston University dorms on Friday and Saturday night for any medical situations that arise.

Requirements: All medical volunteers are required to have a background/CORI check done (If not already on file) as well as being first aid and CPR certified at minimum.

2024 Summer Games - Transportation Crew

Date: Saturday, June 8th and/or Sunday, June 9th

Volunteer timeframe: Saturday 7:00am to 4:00pm, Sunday 7:00am-3:30pm - half day shifts available

Location: Harvard University

Volunteer Role: Greet and help athletes on and off busses, help with traffic flow, and assist pedestrians.

*Lunch will be provided for all full day volunteers*

2024 Summer Games - Tennis Competition

Date: Saturday, June 8th and/or Sunday, June 9th

Volunteer timeframe: Saturday 8:30am to 4:00pm, Sunday 8:30am-3:30pm

2024 Summer Games - Young Athletes/Olympic Town

Date: Saturday June 8th and/or Sunday, June 9th

Volunteer timeframe: 9:00am-3:00pm

Location: Harvard University

Volunteer Role: Assist with the Young Athletes program and Olympic Town activities such as face painting, corn hole and other yard games. Young Athletes are athletes ages 2-12 that go thru fine motor skills and basic sport and play activities. Volunteers will be paired 1:1 with young athletes.
