Over 1500 athletes and Unified Partners and 1000 volunteers descend on the Harvard University Athletic Complex for three days of inclusion, sports and fun. Get in the game and be a part of the marquee inclusive sports event in Massachusetts that will show the rest of the commonwealth what is possible when everyone is included.
Alternating between summer and winter, the Special Olympics World Games have become some of the most important events of the movement for inclusion around the globe. Similarly, the Special Olympics USA Games take place every four years and provide incredible experiences for athletes from all over the country.
Every winter, brave souls line up to take an icy plunge in support of athletes with intellectual disabilities. Individuals or teams collect pledges for their bravery from family, friends and colleagues. Whether you're diving headfirst or cheering from the sidelines, the Polar Plunge promises a memorable experience filled with courage, laughter, and a deep sense of community.

All nominations take place in the fall and they are announced at this heartfelt event in the spring.

This annual event brings together law enforcement officers from various agencies, along with community members, to carry the "Flame of Hope" across the state. The torch run symbolizes the dedication and commitment of law enforcement in championing the rights and inclusion of individuals with intellectual disabilities.
