Special Olympics Massachusetts is proud to recognize the outstanding contributions and commitment of athletes, coaches, families, volunteers, law enforcement personnel and corporate partners.
Although many factors play into selecting inductees, including their impact on Special Olympics at the local, state and national level, all nominees to the Hall of Fame must have been involved with Special Olympics Massachusetts for at least five years.
All Hall of Famers are presented with a commemorative award highlighting their commitment to the Special Olympics Movement in the state of Massachusetts. Their photo and name will be displayed on the Hall of Fame wall at the Yawkey Sports Training Center.

Each year 3-5 community members are inducted into the Hall of Fame based on their impact on Special Olympics at the local, state, and national levels.
Although many factors play into selecting inductees, including their impact on Special Olympics at the local, state and national level, all nominees to the Hall of Fame must have been involved with Special Olympics Massachusetts for at least five years.
You can be inducted into the Hall of Fame at any age, but must be involved with Special Olympics Massachusetts for at least five years.
Coaches, volunteers, athletes, family members, and any other Special Olympics Massachusetts community member can be inducted into the Hall of Fame as long as they have been involved with the organization for at least five years.
You can nominate individuals, families or community organizations or businesses for enshrinement into the Special Olympics Massachusetts Hall of Fame at any time through this form. All nominations will be considered in the fall and the Hall of Fame class is announced in the spring.
