Train 4 Life is designed to support athletes aged 18 and older in achieving their full potential, both on and off the field. The 8-week program will encompass pre-and-post-biometric and fitness testing outcomes, once-a-week group workouts, and weekly nutrition and healthy lifestyle education. This session runs weekly on Sunday mornings from October 5th to November 23rd from 10am to 11am at Reck Fitness in Danvers.
