Train 4 Life is designed to support athletes aged 18 and older in achieving their full potential, both on and off the field. The 12-week program will encompass pre-and-post-biometric and fitness testing outcomes, once-a-week group workouts, and weekly nutrition and healthy lifestyle education. This session runs weekly on Wednesdays from April 23rd to July 9th from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm at Barbell 88 in Mendon.
