Train 4 Life is designed to support athletes aged 18 and older in achieving their full potential, both on and off the field. The 12-week program will encompass pre-and-post-biometric and fitness testing outcomes, once-a-week group workouts, and weekly nutrition and healthy lifestyle education. This session runs weekly at Uncaged Fitness in Worcester on Sunday's from 8:45 am to 9:45 am, starting January 18th through April 12th (skipping Easter weekend)
