We are partnering with Worcester Fitness to put on our very first Fit 4 Life program! This is a pilot program. We welcome all fitness levels to join. We will work on strength, endurance and agility. All exercises can be modified to fit the individual's needs. Week 1 will consist of meeting the trainer, taking some vitals, and running a baseline test so that we are able to track each individuals success / improvements! Wednesdays 6:30-7:30 starting March 6th - April 10th. Athletes MUST be 15 years or older and be able to commit to most, if not all, dates.
